Company: Drain Medics (AZ Drain Medics)

License Number: AZ Master Plumber Registration #: CFC1430296

Jurisdiction: State of Arizona / Pima County Operational Footprint (Greater Tucson Metropolitan Area and surrounding municipal utility boundaries)

Governing Law: State of Arizona

1. Scope of Specialized Sub-Surface Mechanical & Trenchless Restorations

Drain Medics provides exclusive, non-destructive business-to-business (B2B), institutional, and residential sub-surface wastewater infrastructure solutions. This core operational focus encompasses zero-dig cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, structural epoxy inner pipe coatings, mechanical cast iron pipe descaling and restoration, and digital closed-circuit television (CCTV) sewer camera inspections.

  • Master Infrastructure Allocations: Our specialized trenchless engineering packages apply across all major public, commercial, and multi-family structures. This includes residential laterals, apartment buildings, condominiums, mobile home parks, senior housing/assisted living facilities, hotels/casinos, retail spaces, restaurants/grease storage systems, schools/universities, hospitals/medical centers, industrial manufacturing facilities, and municipal or government structures.
  • Diagnostic & Free Second Opinion Architecture: Cost estimations, dynamic options menus, or scheduling requests provided via 520-339-6949, [email protected], or our digital portals are conditional and subject to on-site technological confirmation. In adherence to our honest, no-pressure service model, complimentary estimates and free second opinions are verified from existing structural cleanouts. Final binding contracts are executed strictly in writing following an exploratory camera pass mapping internal pipe conditions.
  • Wisetack Consumer Financing Integration: Credit payment channels, installment plans, and transaction underwriting are administered entirely by independent third-party lending partners via Wisetack. Drain Medics acts solely as the mechanical installation provider and assumes no operational liability or underwriting authority over credit approvals, interest rates, or individual payment profiles.
  • Workmanship Guarantee Protocols: Industry-leading long-term warranties and signature workmanship guarantees are issued explicitly within your definitive written contract. Warranties apply to specific structural parameters under normal operating conditions. They are rendered null and void if treated conduits are altered by uncertified third-party structural adjustments, seismic ground buckling, or the direct introduction of highly corrosive, over-the-counter retail liquid chemical drain cleansers.

2. SMS & Mobile Logistics Communications Consent

By submitting an online service form, requesting a free second opinion consultation, or contacting our Tucson operations hub, you enter our direct automated field routing network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from Drain Medics for:

  • Logistical & Field Dispatch Coordination: Real-time scheduling confirmations, automated appointment notifications, background-checked technician profile tracking, and urgent field arrival tracking updates.
  • Technical Asset Delivery: Digital transmission of high-resolution sewer camera inspection videos, pre-work structural alternatives, written upfront estimates, Wisetack activation links, and final itemized receipts.
  • Account Support: Progress billing milestones, commercial contractor tracking logs, and automated seasonal or preventative maintenance reminders.
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate mobile alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Professional Standards, Licensure & Arizona Code Compliance

Drain Medics specializes exclusively in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation as its core focus. Our team of state-certified Master Plumbers operates under active Registration #: CFC1430296, maintaining full licensing, bonding, and insurance. All physical structural linings, epoxy placements, and component installations strictly comply with the Arizona State Plumbing Code, local Pima County building ordinances, and strict OSHA safety criteria.

4. Sonoran Desert Logistical Transit & Intense Weather Factors

While we maintain rapid scheduling turnarounds to resolve immediate sewer system failures, Drain Medics is legally exempt from project delays, technical standby fees, or mechanical timeline deviations caused by:

  • Heavy regional transit or routing bottlenecks unique to the greater Tucson transport networks (including I-10, I-19, Oracle Road, and local thoroughfares).
  • Intense Sonoran Desert weather parameters (including extreme summer heat spikes exceeding safe chemical material curing thresholds, heavy seasonal monsoon storms, haboobs, or sudden flash flooding within unmaintained municipal washes) that render exterior operations or high-voltage electronic alignment fields physically unsafe or technically non-compliant.
  • Delays induced by the state-mandated utility tracking network (Arizona 811 / Blue Stake).

5. High-Velocity Cleaning Friction & Substrate Material Disclaimers

Our professional pipe descaling, mechanical scraping, and cleaning preparations utilize specialized high-speed tools to clear rust, scale, and obstructions before lining. Property owners and facility managers acknowledge that these cleaning procedures generate intense physical friction inside aging subsurface pathways. Drain Medics disclaims structural liability for the unexpected physical blowout, line breach, or structural failure of conduits that were fundamentally thinned, cracked, or root-penetrated by decades of unmonitored corrosion (such as heavily oxidized cast-iron lines) prior to our arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Drain Medics for any engineering omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service invoice. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing toxic mold growth, commercial business interruption or closure losses, structural foundation shifting from historical leaks, or biological contamination from sewage main sub-slab breaches occurring prior to our technical mobilization.
